Our client located in Wilmington, DE is looking for a 3rd shift helpdesk analyst. This will start as a 6 month contract with strong possibility of being extended. This is a level 1 support position. Primarily responsible for troubleshooting issues with: Outlook, Network Connectivity, Remote Access, Passwords, etc.

Required Skills:

1 year contract with possible extensions or right to hire. It is 100% phone support for level 1 - they have Windows 7, XP, MS- Office and MS-Outlook.
