Human Resource Analyst (HRA) prepares awards and letters of recognition for jobs well done to enhance the retention of valued employees. The HRA maintains existing databases of personnel records to reflect the personnel manning roster (PMR). The HRA produces specified personnel reports using this data to allow the organization to make informed decisions based upon accurate and timely personnel data. The HRA administers and effectively communicates sound policies, rules
and practices that maintain compliance with Federal and DOD employment and labor laws, applicable Federal Regulations, and the organization's guidance and directives related to HR functions.

Minimum Qualifications:
10 years experience in applying HR processes and procedures in support of governmental or military organizations. Experience with Federal and DoD employment and labor laws and the Federal Regulations. The ability to interact with co-workers and clients face to face and in meeting settings is required.

Education Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree or an additional 4 years of relevant experience. Clearance Requirements: Must have a TS/SCI Clearance and  must be US Citizens that can pass a pre-employment credit and criminal background check.
